Osaka Gakugei Sports Festival

On Wednesday, June 19 students participated in our host school's annual sports festival held at Maruzen Intec Arena in Asashiobashi. Students took part in a variety of events including relay races and a tug-of-war tournament. OGCIS students were a part of the 'AODAN' (Team Blue) along with students from 1-B,  1-2, 1-6, 2-12, 2-14, 2-17, 3-3, and 3-10 (a total of 316 students!). As a part of preparations for the event, students each submitted a t-shirt design and voted as a group for the one that would be produced for the event. The -shirt will then be worn for the upcoming Cultural Festival and homestay in Sooke.
